It’s no coincidence that Caitlin identifies with Pat Conroy, another “come here” smitten with the Lowcountry and its splendor. It’s where she discovered the power of LOCAL. Caitlin focuses on your story and community connections to grow and invigorate your business or project.
Since her first job at 13 in a pick-your-own-orchard in the Hudson Valley, New York, she’s been passionate about understanding company culture, creating memorable customer experiences, and how they enhance any business.
In early 2020, she began consulting independently to help businesses and non-profits achieve their goals through strategic planning, smart marketing and storytelling. Her people-first approach, attention-to-detail, and passion for place has resulted in measurable success and positive impact for employers and clients.

About Caitlin
Caitlin Lee moved to Hilton Head Island two days after graduating from Virginia Tech to work for Marriott and never looked back.
She doesn’t know if it was the festivals, the community, the salt air, or the 12 pounds of sand that came to live in her Corolla that summer, but the Lowcountry became home.
She’s passionate about needle crafts, historical fiction, local live music, scenic bike rides, Hokie Football, and enjoying time out on the Lowcountry’s waterways.
When she’s not working, you’ll find her seeking out the best oysters, patios, and conversation in a 15-mile radius of wherever she is.
